Today is the last day of the Advent Calendar and Alaric knew it would be something special. I decided to use the tradition my mom had on the last day of Advent, a scavenger hunt to find Baby Jesus ( or their own Nativity set)
Brian reads them the first clue that tells them to go to the Christmas card basket.
Alaric gets the next clue that tells him to find the book that has Nana and Grandpa's voices in it...
The last clue tells them to go look under the green chair in the guest room in the basement.
Underneath the chair were two brand new Nativities- the kids found them and immediately picked who got which one.
ALaric chose the big one for himself and gave the littlier one to sissy. Then they were told they could display them anywhere they wanted in the house to celebrate the birth of Jesus. What fun!!!
