The day started with our Advent Calendar! By the way- the kids LOVE it! TOday that got chocolate ball ornaments! We had an INSANE day. We pushed Amara too much and she pushed back. We scheduled her 18 mos. pics at 9Am this morning before the church pageant. She was done by the time we got to church but we just rolled with it!
The kids played in the pews before they had to change into their costumes. Mara was a sheep and Alaric was a shephard!
Today was Alaric's day! He was wonderful and very willing to let me take pics so there are lots of him today! Mara, not so much.
The little ones anxiously await their turn to enter the church.
The Wisemen ( and their moms) keep guard in the front of the church!
The shephards, the angels, and the animals listen to the story of the birth of Jesus ( I was a sheep herder today too, just without the robe!)
Mara lasted about 30 seconds in the front and then went running to Grammy. Alaric and Veronica did great!
