So, today we headed up North to spend the night at my BF's new home in St. Charles. Literally minutes before we are ready to go, a big strom came through and we lost a big branch from our front tree. It was caught IN the tree so Brian actually had to PULL it down before we left to be sure it wouldn't damage anything this weekend. It is huge!!! Probably 8 inch diameter and feet long. With this and our wet basement, we were ready to get the heck out of Monticello.
We spent the evening playing with our great friends, the Murrays, at their new place. The kids loved the huge backyard.
Lots of grass means there is a need for a riding lawn mower and when Joe pulled out the tractor and told Al he could drive, Al was overjoyed!
The girls just hung out on the patio.
Big Day tomorrow- CAN'T WAIT!
