Today is National Pancake Day. In honor of it, we had a Pancake lunch at school. You know the routine....the kids do all the prep work and we enjoy an amazing meal together. We went simple...cantaloupe, sausage, and lots of pancakes.

And we ate. I made almost 100 pancakes for 17 children! They ate everything in site! it was amazing! So fun
