The Christian Ed committee at church decided to try Family Worship once a month. A time where families could worship together with their kids in a kid-friendly way. Today was our very first and it was wonderful! Everyone was welcome. We sat in the back ( check out Amara and you'll see why).
The Youth made a movie about Jonah and the Whale and the kids loved it ( we did to- it was awesome)
Instead of praying concerns and joys outloud, we broke into groups and the kids got to draw whatever they wanted to pray for.
Look what my sweet boy did...his family! Uhhhhh- I love it!
My new favorite change at McKinley- loved every second of it!
